Fees only apply if on-site tech support is needed or your computer needs to be taken away for maintenance or repairs.

On-site billing begins from the moment any work begins on your computer.

If your computer needs to be taken away for any reason, billing begins from the moment work commences on your computer.

All product prices are set competitively to other Australian vendors and resellers.

Compu-Care Bronze costs $20 per month.

Compu-Care Silver costs $40 per month.

Compu-Care Gold costs $80 per month

When starting a Compu-Care plan, an invoice is prepared and sent to you for payment for your choice of plan.

Your plan starts from the day of payment and continues for 30 days and one month is counted towards your total months paid for the purpose of determining eligibility for the included Computer Cleaning and Maintenance Service.

7 days before your Compu-Care plan expires, a notification will be sent to you for renewal of your Compu-Care plan. Upon agreement to renew, an invoice will be prepared and sent to you.

If your Compu-Care plan expires, it can be continued at any time and all previous months will still be counted for the purpose of determining eligibility for the included Computer Cleaning and Maintenance Service.

A Compu-Care plan can be upgraded or downgraded upon renewal. The chance to services takes effect after your previously paid Compu-Care plan expires.
